Return Eligibility and Deadline

Customers can apply for returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original tags, hang tags, and original packaging. Items with obvious wear, stains, damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • End-of-life items and discounted promotional items
  • Items damaged due to improper personal wear, washing, or use
  • Return requests exceeding the 30-day return period
  • Customized and personalized items

Return Request Process

Please contact our customer service via email to submit a return request. Please provide your order number and photos of the relevant items. We will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you detailed return instructions.

Please do not return packages without our formal approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped due to our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will confirm the return status within 1-3 business days. For approved refund requests, we will process the refund through your original payment method.

Refund Arrival Time: Our internal refund processing takes 1-3 business days. Funds typically take an additional 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on the processing speed of different card issuers and banks. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Exchange Service

We support size and color exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first to confirm inventory and the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos or videos. We will resend the item, provide a full refund, or offer other reasonable solutions free of charge, without any additional costs to you.
